Very complicated sentences I find need help correcting?

Could you please help me correct these 5 sentences please? I'm really not sure if they are grammatical.

1 The hotel makes a lot of money of telephone calls (billing)
2 How could/would you know what it's like doing that.
3 You to are as much cousins as we are sibling, meaning we're not related. You guys say you're are cousin, we say we are siblings but we're not.
4 That's your french side coming out. You loving cheese so much.
5 The more I get tired the more my ears unclog for some reason from the water that went in them swimming today.

The hotel makes a lot of money off of telephone calls (more informal)

Both verbs are good. Small difference in meaning.
