Assuming your "daily conversations" consist of discussing men who throw away marriages vows because of a new coworker, then the problem areas are highlighted:

I would say "No, not at all", for many reasons.

First of all, there is the subject matter to consider. You'd have to be certain that your listener would not be offended by talking about such matters.

Then there is the fact that these are totally unidiomatic for conversation. The sentences are much too long. They are typical of written language, not spoken language. In speaking, it is extremely rare to use so many adjectives in a row: new, young, **** and very active female employee. And no listener will let you talk so long without interrupting with a question or comment. And finally, in conversation you usually begin with the most striking fact first -- the divorce in this case -- not with a long build-up that explains everything before you get to the main point.

To imitate conversation, you need to create a dialog. This one is between two men, and it's a bit artificial, but it illustrates my point. (The dialog might be different between two women.)

-- Have you heard? Kevin's getting a divorce!
-- No! I can't believe it. How did that happen?

-- You know that **** young thing that just came on board?
-- Oh, yes! How can you miss her? Whew! But Kevin? With her?
-- You'd better believe it. She must be crazy about him the way she hangs around him all the time.
-- Well, what do you know! So what did his wife have to say about that?
-- Took it very calmly, apparently.
-- No kidding. There must have been trouble there even before this.
-- I don't know about that, but I heard she's fine with the idea.
