Vertical communication

Hi,

I'm trying to form a statement that will help identify if workers feel that they can give their feedback or simply pass new information to workers in any of the higher layers of the organisation. The workers would be asked to agree or disagree with the statement. Would it be correct to say "Vertical communication at XYZ Ltd is a two-way process."? That is the statement I have written.

Thanks
