Are these sentences fully OK?

  1. They gave me X ray; everything was OK. (patient talking about the hospital)
  2. The doctor wanted me to get X ray. I refused to go for it. (Patient talking abut his appointment with the doctor)
  3. Getting X ray won't do you any harm. (Man talking to his friend)
