Can anybody, please, give me a complete list of verbs which take direct and indirect objects, such as: Mom cooks me fish for dinner all the time?

Rather than a list of verbs which take both d.o. and ind. o. perhaps an understanding of the concept is better. The direct object is who or what receives the action of the verb. T

I need a list of Verbs that don't follow by a proposition such as: Attend in attend meeting, or locate downtown. They don't need "IN" to follow them.

You may want to distinguish between sentences like "Mom buys me fish." benefactive (Mom buys fish for me.) and "Mom throws me fish." (Mom throws fish to me.)
