What I mean is:

Is it NOT possible to write "I have loved / liked" etc.

Perfectly possible and quite common, Hela:

I have loved posting here for the last couple of years.
I have never liked kumquats much
.

I cannot think of any verbs offhand that eschew the perfect aspects.

Dear Mr Micawber,

On a handout I read: "Some verbs connot be used in the present perfect. Name a few."

So what the teacher should've written was "in the present perfect PROGRESSIVE", then?

Kind regards,

Hela

That sounds more reasonable, Hela-- but I have never thought about a list of verbs that may apply. I presume it is the same stative verbs that do not normally appear in any progressive form: see, prefer, hate, contain, cost, etc.

Dear Mr Micawber,
Mister MicawberI presume it is the same stative verbs that do not normally appear in any progressive form: see, prefer, hate, contain, cost, etc.

The verbs that you have stated above can be used in the present perfect but not in the present perfect progressive, right? Is it the same for "hope, remember and forget"?

Yes, hope, remember and forget are among those verbs that are not usually used in the progressive-- remember that most of the stative verbs have special instances when they can be used 'actively', and therefore may appear in a progressive form. And choose is not a state verb anyway-- it is an action; it can easily appear as have been choosing, etc.
