The noun and verb forms wil usually be very close to each other in a dictionary, and often next to each other.

You have to look them up in a dictionary. Sometimes the noun form is the same as the verb form, and sometimes the noun form has a suffix. The suffixes to look for are sion, tion, ation, ition, ment, and al.
