So I was wondering can I use all forms of verbs to make clause? e.g predicates

Hi Anon,

Based on your verbiage, I'd tend to say "yes", it's highly possible. However, language is a lot less forgiving than math which can be explained and worked out by an equation or formula. Until we see exactly what you have mind, we still can't say for sure.
