Verbs as nouns

hello everybody -

i have a problem with the verbs that are used as a nouns, for instance :-

i will work on it today. ( work is a verb in this sentence )

that's is your work . ( work is a noun in this sentence )

can we use all the verbs in english as nouns like work or are there some exceptions ?
