1. Is this sentences grammatical:


"At that time, I needed money to rise again."




2. And if it is grammatical, does it mean the same as this:


"At that time, I needed money to get up on my feet."

Sort of. If it doesn't make sense, I won't call it grammatical. On first reading, I thought you wanted inflation to reverse. That is not how we put what you want to say, to judge by the second sentence here.
