Are all these sentences correct:


a) "Despite what some people may say, church services can not make any miracles."


b) "Despite what some people may say, church services can not produce any miracles."


c) "Despite what some people may say, church services can not work any miracles."


d) "Despite what some people may say, church services can not perform any miracles."
