I must disagree, however, with a couple of answers.

I believe 'c' is correct. Other uses: "I am not used to eating pizza every day", "I am not used to talking to my mother". One would never say "I am not used to talk to my mother".

I believe 'd' is correct. The sentence begins with 'would', rendering the 'do' unnecessary. Other uses: "Would you please not do that?", "Can we not talk about this?". I would prefer the sentence "Please don't park your car here".
