Verbs

Hi All,

I am intrested in learning english grammer from basic.

can some one help to understand in to which part of setence does "kill" and "killed" fall in and I also want to know the proper reason.

Libyan rebel commander Abdel Fattah Killed.

I want to Kill you.

Could you also please let me know why working is not a verb in the below sentence.

Hari's first job was working as an typist in a printing shop.
