0This is a similar question to the thread entitled "Subject" started by Taka.02br 02br 00I agree with IK on the "is" - because getting up early all on its own does nothing for you - you have to combine it with doing the exercises for it to have a benefit. So it is really one joined activity - "get up and get moving" and therefore can take a singular verb. 02br 02br
