Verb+ing

I'll take the signing. (to mean I will take what you guys have signed in a sign sheet.)

I'll remember the watching with you. (to mean I'll remember what i watched with you.)

I am wondering if i can use theses sentences.

I am confused with the meaning of v+ing.

For example, 'The revealing of the forms of the Messenger'

here, the revealing in the form of verb+ing seems to mean the physical thing that is revealed

not the process of action.

Could you explain. I appreciate your lesson.

The first sentence was to mean a situation where a student in a class stands and walks up to the a couple of other students with a sign sheet and give one person a sign sheet and after singed he gives it to the other and so on and finally take it to the front desk.
So I was wondering if he could say "I 'll take the signing." before he does the action.

No. Nobody is going to say that. The -ing form seldom, if ever, represents a physical object, only an activity.
