Verbals

Please making sentences with verbals and verbal phrases. You will have to add,delete,change, and rearrange words:

1. Air pollution is a health problem. It affects millions of Americans. My sentence is: Air pollution is a health problem affecting millions of Americans. <I use "affecting millions..." to modify "Air pollution", is that right?>

2. The air has been polluted mainly by industries and automobiles. It contains toxic chemicals. My sentence is: The air has been polluted mainly by industries and automobiles containing toxic chemicals.

3. Environmentalists pressure politicians. They think politicians should pass stricter laws.<No idea>

4. Many politicians waver. They are not necessarily against enviromentalism.<No idea>
