Hey, i have to write this verbal-visual essay/paragraph thing on a book called "The Memory Keeper's Daughter" and the social issue that the book has related to the world.
i was thinking if "down syndrome" would be a good idea as it affects every member of the family in one way or the other. like it affected David and Norah's relationship, their way of nurturing their only son, their hopes. on the other hand, Caroline's life was changed, the baby came into her life as a blessing. she got her dream guy but she still had to fight with everyone so that the baby would be getting the same education and living the same way as the normal kids would do.
am i on the right track? am i missing something? please reply back i would really appreciate it

It might be a good answer if you back it up properly, Down syndrome is a very controversial topic that if done properly, is a very good argument
