hello,
i'm working on an essay topic, but not sure which version is correct
1. Characteristics and conditions for an effective model OF managing culturally diverse workforce in organizations.
Characteristics and conditions for an effective model FOR managing culturally diverse workforce in organizations.
I think the first one is correct as I want to create a model which will show how to manage diversity.

Hi, I'd say Characteristics and conditions of an effective model for managing culturally diverse workforce s in organizations. I t doesn't seem necessary to me to say 'in organizations'. Doesn't a workforce always imply an organization?
