Verb to be or to have?

Why do they say "I haven't arrived"?
Why is it wrong to say "I'm not arrived"?
Why do we use the verb to have instead of the verb to be?

I haven't arrived . it's the Present Perfect sentence. Verb have isn't a main verb. The main verb is arrive in V3 form. So they use verb arrive (not have) in this sentence.

You can't say I'm not arrived either. It's bad grammar. I am not arrived. be in present , arrived in past.
