Verb tenses

Could you tell me, please,which sentence is correct?
(today is Saturday)
Yesterday I called my friend in Florida and he said they had rains all this week. or
Yesterday I called my friend in Florida and he said they had had rains all this week.or
Yesterday I called my friend in Florida and he said they have had rains all this week.

Yesterday I called my friend in Florida and he said it rains all week.

I would not use "rains", but "rain". I would also leave out "this".

1) had rain all week.
2) had had rain all week.
3) have had rain all week.

All three are correct. All mean almost the same thing.
