Verb Tense

Consider the scenario where i have placed an order for online product. And the product is not shipped though many days have passed. Now, I would call customer care and ask them ----
1) Why hasn't my order shipped yet?
2) Why hasn't been my order shipped yet?

Which of above sentences are correct for usage and why? I believe 1st sentence is correct.

Also kindly tell me is there are any grammatical mistakes in the above paragraph(scenario).
