Verb Tense

Hey Everyone, I just need some help with my verb tenses, I was struggling with these three questions.

1.Which of these verbs is in the past simple tense

a) Had finished b) was running c) eat d) got

I believe that the answer for this is had finished because it seems to be the only one in past tense.

2.Which of these verbs is in the past continuous tense?

a) went b) had finished c) are forgetting d) (none of these)

I believe that the answer for this question is are forgetting because it seems like the only one that is continuous

3.Which of these verbs is in the passive voice?

a) was living b) have to eat c) was surprised d) are forgetting

I believe that the answer for this question is have to eat

Please help if the answer I have picked at incorrect thanks you.
