Verb Tense

Hi, I have a question regarding a few sentences. The verb was already identified, but the point of the exercise is to also identify the particular verb tense. The two following sentences, I believe, are using infinitive verbs, even though they are not presented in the "to (whatever verb)" form. Am I correct?

1. Scientists estimate that the global temperatures will continue to warm. (estimate is the verb that is selected)

2. I laugh loudly whenever I see that commercial. (laugh is the verb that is selected)
