Verb Subject Agreement do/does?

A client of mine has headed their leaflet, 'Do you or Someone you Know Need Help?'
I think it should be 'Do you or Does Someone you Know Need Help?' but I've not been able to find any clarification. Which is correct, or is it a matter of choice?
