verb + subject

Only in third world countries are you allowed to ride on top of a train.

I wonder what kind of sentence is this because we have subject "you" after the verb "are". Could you tell me the sentence structure?

If it's tough to explain the sentence structure, at least, give me a few examples of the same kind.
