Can I use the verb Share in the following sentence? : The Earth shares an infernally hot core with a temperate surface. If not what verb should I use? Thanks!

I don't think we have an English verb that fits there. Even 'combine', which is pretty close, doesn't fit very well. You'll have to rephrase it, as Clive has done above.
