Can you be more specific? There are basic rules for many English verbs, however a lot of common verbs are irregular (e.g. go -> went).

The following is the basic structure for regular verbs:

Note: Present P. = Present Participle; Past P.= Past Participle

Example:
Verb: jump (regular verb)

Thank you, well I need rules to know when I have to write a verb in -ing form, in infinitive, in present simple or with a preposition after another verb e.g. stop to smoke, stop smoking, think of pay, advise me to do my homework....
