Verb groups and Adverbials?

Hey everyone I am really struggling with determining the verb groups and adverbials in the following sentences, could someone correct my attemts.

1. In the clause 'You are forgetting this package', what is the whole of the verb group?

I believe it is 'forgetting'

2. In the clause 'But I couldn't', what is the whole of the verb group?

I believe it is 'couldn't or could not'

3. In the clause 'leaving the fish head under the seat ', what is the whole of the adverbial that answers the question 'where'?

I believe that it is 'under'

4. In the clause 'This time a railwayman came ', what is the whole of the adverbial that answers the question 'when'?

I believ that it is 'railwayman'
