verb form (singular, plural)

1. O God, with your judgment endow the king, and with your justice, the king's song: He shall govern your people with justice and your afflicted ones with judgment.

Q) Above is one of the verses in the Bible. I was wondering why the verb form underlined is not third person singular when the verb looks like a third person form. (The king endows with your judgment<= Isn't this correct?)
