Verb form

What verb (or even phrase) would you use to express the idea of


'putting on a piece of clothing with great difficulty, such as a tight pair of jeans'?



Would any of these work:


a) squirm;

b) wiggle;

c) tweak

You could wriggle into your jeans. You could squirm while doing it. "Wiggle" and "tweak" don't work.
