Any other rule besides that?

You need to be a bit more specific in your question.

Another rule is that only one verb gets conjugated. He writes children's books. Does he write children's books?

And of course, you will also find "does" in negative sentences in the simple present tense:
He does not write books.

Thanks to reply.
I don't understand the sentence The sound that moves you. why the verb move has s behind it here?
there is no he, she, it here then why it is so?

Because "sound' is grammatically an "it". If you substitute one of the personal pronouns for "sound":
It moves me.
Sound cannot be an I, you, we, or they - the only possible choice is "it".
