1.Someone blames me for the murder.


2.Someone blames the murder on me.


3.Someone blames for the murder.


4.Someone is to blame for the murder.


Above all , Which lines is used as an intransitive verb or a transitive verb?


And I would like to know the differences among them( 4 blames) .
