verb at the end?

is this question correct?
what do you think is the most important meal of the day?
or is it better:
what do you think the most important meal of the day is?
the first one sounds better to me
but I have found some examples in the internet where the verb is after the subject example: what do you think a feminist is? what do you think you are?
