Verb and noun pronunciation

Hi,

Can anyone help to create a list of verbs and nouns with the same spelling but different pronunciation (for example: to refuse vs a refuse or to suspect vs a suspect)?

Thank you.

There must be hundreds of them. Here are some just from a military theme:

war, target, watch, fight, raid, rebel, hammer, talk, force, attack, soldier, surrender, look, bomb, battle, campaign, command, conflict, troop

(PS: Not 'a refuse', since the noun is uncountable.)
