verb after preposition

Hi,

Can I say as follows?
"You will get an alert at the time you make your purchase with your account balance is less than $10."

I just wonder if i could use a verb after "with" as in " your account balance is less than $10."

Thanks in advance.

Don't use "with." You are making a conditional statement.

You will get an alert at the time you make your purchase if your account balance is less than $10.
