They all work. 3 and 4, probably better to say single-person or one-person to be gender neutral. Is HITNA the manufacturer? In which case maybe one day it will be called " a Hitna".

This is the simplest and most natural suggestion. It doesn't specify what kind of vehicle is shown but, it makes clear that the vehicle only has one seat.
