Vegetable pizza or a vegetable pizza?

Hi. I believe the words "pizza" and "pie" and "cake" can be both countable and uncountable. Now, which is correct? Thank you in advance for your help.

1. This is vegetable pizza.
2. This is a vegetable pizza.
3. This is apple pie.
4. This is an apple pie.
5. This is cream cake.
