Vebs with or without to?

Which one is correct? Should I use "to" before the verbs "identify" and "determine"?

1. The aims of this study were to isolate Salmonella from poultry farms, to identify the serotypes, and to determine their biological properties.

2. The aims of this study were to isolate Salmonella from poultry farms, identify the serotypes, and determine their biological properties.

Both are correct. The to may be dropped after the first element; it is understood to carry through to the other two infinitives.
