varying stress: What would you like?

1. WHAT would you like?
2. What WOULD you like?
3. What would YOU like?
4. What would you LIKE?

Q1) I'm not sure what #2 could mean?

And
Q2) Is the speaker in #1 annoyed because the listener is being picky when choosing something?
Q3) Does the speaker in #3 now want to ask YOUR preference, not others?
Q4) Does the speaker want to ask the listener again what he/she just said?
