variations of "neither and nor" use

Hi,
Are these correct?
1. The issue before us is not about our eating habits, nor about our dressing habits, but about how to deal with growing unemployment.
2. The issue before us doesn't ask us to dress better, nor does it ask us to change our eating habits.
3. We shoud neither pay special attention to those people asking for handouts nor give out signs that we are cognizant of them. I feel they could find work if they wanted to.
