1. Because I'm a newcomer in this company. So I hope you and other colleagues will teach me a lot, and I also hope that I will learn a lot of valuable experiences from you all.

- Is this natural to say?

If it's directly preceded by a question to which the answer is "Because I'm a newcomer...", then the first sentence is OK. Otherwise it's not a proper sentence, it's just a fragment. (In fact, I think I would say "newcomer to", but there's no reason why "in" should be wrong.)
