0I know of vacuum cleaner but have never heard vacuum machine (although it makes sense). "Hoover" is a brand name, sometimes substituted for the actual thing, like Frigidaire, Kleenex, etc.0-

0vacum cleaner use for the cleaning purpose. which sucks the dirt by creating a vacum. but vacum machine use for the vacum production. which is help for the production .. (Glass container production industry). so two are difference according the usage0-
