I have a vaccine appointment
Second scenario: Dinner
I'm going to eat dinner at my boyfriend's house tonight.
I'm eating dinner at my boyfriend's house tonight.
I'll be eating dinner at my boyfriend's house tonight.
I'll be having dinner at my boyfriend's house tonight.
