Vaccination

Hello,

Is my paragraph proper?

The article is about vaccination, which the passage defines as a process by/ in which weakened microbes will be injected into a body to increase immunity to a disease. Weakened smallpox doesn't kill a person, rather it triggers the immune system to produce antibodies to fight with smallpox. Once, microbes are eradicated, antibodies stay in the blood and if in the future the same microbes enter a body, there are already antibodies to kill microbes.

Thank you for your response.
