Please correct if my translation is not correct:
Dear colleages,
This year the comany is planning to organize a vatcation trip /an excursion to PQ Island , about 200km away from the city center .Those who would like to join this vacation trip should register with Miss Mary by Feb.15th ,2008 .
The vacation trip/excursion is scheduled to leave for PQ Island , on Feb .22nd, 2008 and come back to the city on March 5th , 2008 .
