Vacation Leave Application
Respected Sir:
With respect to your memo # 08 received on 05-October-2011 that nobody is allowed to apply the vacation from 28-November-2011 to 08-January-2011 due to overbooking of air tickets.
This is to inform you that, my original contractual vacation schedule was last July 2011, but I have postponed due to the reason that I have to arrange the school enrollment of my daughter in India which will be enrolled in the month of January 2012 and I have to be there before the school enrolment started inorder to arrange and process the documentation, Hence I would kindly request you to grant me my contractual vacation from this December 23, 2011 to January 23, 2011.
