Can you please help in writing an email to my boss in an IT company?
Below is the email I have prepared, can someone please crosscheck it :

I am planning to go on vacation to <myHomeCountry> for 3 weeks from <date> to <date>. I will be back in office on <date>.
Can you please confirm your approval so that I can go ahead with my flight bookings?
