Vacation annual leave letter

how to make a vacation annual leave letter due for me at 2 years contract..I need to go in 3 months to my country and may be im go in married.I'm working as Data Entry Operator from Saudi Electricity Company under contract Saudi Services Company but my company changes the rule that give me 45 days only..
