Vacation

talking about vacation. I say:

Do you think two days are enough? Or

Do you think two days is enough?

And

Are two days at Disneyland enough? OR

Is two days at Disneyland enough?

Are both useable and shouldn't be plural? Why do I hear people use is instead of are?

Thanks!
