vacant

(1) There was four cabin in a cyber cafe to use internet. I was sitting in the second one, where the pc was frozing very often, and I needed to restart my pc. So I told the manager that if any one of the other 3 cabin is vacant, just give me that cabin or pc.

(2) Is the second cabin vacant?

(3) Is the second cabin empty?

Please correct my sentences.

So I told asked the manager I would say the owner of the cafe/ that if any one of the other 3 cabin was vacant I would use empty , just whether he could let me use give me that cabin or pc.
